Healthcare infrastructure for telehealth brands and medical practices

Providers, pharmacies and labs, connected to your brand or practice.

SWONKDOG connects your brand or practice to independent licensed providers in all 50 states and DC, licensed US pharmacies, at-home lab testing, and the software that runs it, all under your name.

A patient's intake on a phone, carrying the partner's own name and colours
  • Licensed clinicians decide

Every treatment decision is made by a clinician from an independent physician group, licensed in the patient's state.

  • Licensed US pharmacies ship

Approved treatment is dispensed by a state licensed pharmacy and shipped to the patient with tracking.

  • At-home labs built in

A clinician orders the test, a kit goes to the patient's door, a CLIA-certified laboratory runs it, and the results land in your portal.

  • Your own payment account

Patients pay into your own payment account. The platform takes a flat fee per reviewed visit.

01What SWONKDOG is

SWONKDOG is the technology: the intake, the portals, the lab kits and the payments. Care comes from independent physician groups, and medication from licensed US pharmacies.

SWONKDOG is healthcare infrastructure for medical practices, clinics, med spas, and wellness and fitness brands. You bring the brand and the patients. The platform runs the online intake, the review queue clinicians work from, the pharmacy connections, the lab kits and the payments, and you watch every visit, decision, shipment and statement from your partner portal.

02The system

Your portal. Their portal. One record.

You run your programs from your partner portal. Your patients follow their orders in a portal that carries your name. Both are views of the same visit: what happens in one shows up in the other as it happens, and nothing is copied between systems by hand.

Take the tours

A partner's dashboard: orders waiting for a clinician, in transit, failed payments, orders per day, visits reviewed per day and card revenue for the last 30 days
Your dashboard. What needs attention today and how the month is going: orders placed, visits reviewed, how long patients waited for a decision, what the cards brought in. You see your own patients and nobody else's.
A patient's order page in the portal: received, reviewed by the clinician, at the pharmacy, shipped, with the tracking number, and the patient's clinician, physician group and pharmacy with its address and phone

Your patient's home. Their orders, messages with the clinician, and refills, without a waiting room.

03How it works

Three steps. You own the first. Licensed clinicians, pharmacies and our software handle the rest.

  1. Set up your brand

Your name, the programs you want to offer, your prices, and your own payment account. Your intake goes on your website as a link or an embed. Days, not months.

An aesthetician treating a client in a med spa
A med spa, a clinic, a coach, a brand with an audience: partners are the businesses patients already trust.
  2. Your patients complete the intake, a clinician reviews it

A clinician licensed in the patient's state reads the visit and decides: approve, ask for more, recommend something else, or decline. Where a state requires a live video visit, the intake books one. The patient hears back in the portal, under your name.

A woman at her kitchen counter filling in a form on her phone
About ten minutes on a phone: the health questions, an ID and consent, in your name.
  3. Pharmacies ship, you see everything

Approved treatment is dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped to the patient with tracking. Your partner portal shows every visit, decision, shipment, message and statement as it happens.

A pharmacist reaching for a medication box on a shelf Hands wrapping a parcel in brown paper
Filled by a state licensed pharmacy, packed for one patient, shipped with a tracking number that appears in both portals.

04Programs

What your patients can be offered under your brand.

You choose which programs to offer. A licensed clinician decides what, if anything, is right for each patient. Nothing is guaranteed, and nothing ships without a review.

A clinician reading a chart at a desk
Every program is a clinician's review first. The site never says what is prescribed; the clinician decides.
  • Weight management

Programs that support weight management goals, with check-ins built in.

  • Hormone health

Programs for men and women, where labs and a clinical review support it.

  • Healthy aging

Wellness programs, offered only when a clinician finds them appropriate.

  • Hair

    Treatment options for hair thinning.

  • Sexual health

Treatment options for sexual health, shipped discreetly.

  • Lab testing

At-home panels through SWONKDOG Labs: hormones, weight management, metabolic, vitamin and iron. A clinician orders the panel, a kit ships to the patient, and the results reach the portal once a clinician has read them.

  • Follow ups and refills

Check ins, refills and questions between the patient and the clinician, from the patient portal, without a waiting room.

Programs are categories, not prescriptions. The clinician decides what, if anything, is prescribed, and the patient is told in the portal.

05Labs

At-home lab testing, built into every program.

Most white label platforms stop at the prescription. SWONKDOG also handles the lab logistics. A licensed clinician orders the test, the patient collects a small sample at home and mails it back prepaid, a CLIA-certified laboratory runs it, and the results land in your portal. A clinician reads them and writes the patient a note in plain words before the patient sees the values.

Every test is ordered by a licensed clinician. Results support a clinician's decision and don't diagnose on their own.

06Pricing

Your payment account. A platform fee per visit. We keep the books.

You set the retail price your patients see. Every order is one treatment for one patient, reviewed as its own visit, so every line on your statement matches one decision.

The patient pays you.

The card
Held on your own payment account when the visit is submitted, charged only when a clinician approves. A declined visit costs the patient nothing.
Your margin
Your retail price, less the fixed costs on your price sheet. It stays in your account; nothing waits for a statement.
Refunds
Issued from your account under your own refund policy.

The platform fee.

Per visit
A flat platform fee for every reviewed visit, approved or declined, because the review took place. The physician group is paid the same whatever the decision.
Per order
The fixed cost of each approved product and the pharmacy's shipping, at the rates on your price sheet. No percentage of anything.
When
Taken the moment the clinician decides, out of the order. Your statement lists every visit and every line.

Prices are per partner and per program. Nothing on the price sheet is a share of a prescription.

07Compliance

Clinicians decide. The software does the rest.

Clinical independence

Only licensed clinicians from independent physician groups make treatment decisions, and only for patients in states where they hold an active license. Partners choose which programs to offer; they never see or influence a decision before it is made. Physician groups receive the same fee for every review, whether the clinician approves, declines or recommends something else. Each physician group checks its clinicians' licenses and expiry dates continuously.

Licensed US pharmacies

Every prescription is written by the clinician and sent to a state licensed US pharmacy. Partners never handle prescriptions. The pharmacy's name, address and phone are on every order in the patient's portal.

Patient information stays protected

Encrypted in transit and at rest, uploads encrypted before they are stored, every access to a record logged, staff signed in with an authenticator app, hosted in the United States. A partner sees its own patients and nobody else's.

Payments held until approval

Card details go to the payment processor and never touch SWONKDOG's or a partner's systems. The card is held on the partner's own account at submission and charged only at approval.

SWONKDOG is a technology company. It is not a medical provider, a pharmacy or a laboratory. It doesn't employ or direct clinicians, and its support team doesn't give medical advice.

SWONKDOG is not a medical practice, pharmacy or prescriber. Clinical decisions are made by independent licensed providers, and pharmacy services by licensed pharmacy partners.

08Questions

What partners ask before they sign.

Who is SWONKDOG for?

Clinics, med spas, and wellness and fitness brands that want to offer treatment programs and at-home lab testing under their own name without building clinical operations. You keep the relationship with your patients; the platform runs everything behind it, and independent physician groups provide the care.

Do I need to be a doctor or own a clinic?

No. Treatment decisions are made only by licensed clinicians from independent physician groups, and medication is dispensed only by licensed pharmacies. You bring the brand and the patients. The platform is set up the way each state's rules require.

What does the patient see?

Your name and your programs, at your prices, from the first question to the patient portal where they follow their order, read tracking and message their clinician. The portal also shows them the physician group and clinician who reviewed each visit, and the pharmacy that filled each order, with its address and phone. SWONKDOG is the technology behind it, not the brand in front of it.

Which states can I serve?

Clinicians from the physician groups are licensed state by state. The intake asks where the patient lives before any health information is entered, and continues only if a clinician licensed there is available for that program. Ask us for the current list for the programs you want to offer.

Who handles refunds and complaints?

The patient paid into your account, and refunds come out of it under your own refund policy; the refunds and cancellations page sets out the rules every partner follows at a minimum. A declined visit was never charged. SWONKDOG support handles accounts, technical issues and billing. Questions about your store, your prices and your marketing are yours.

What do I pay, and how do I get paid?

You pay a flat platform fee per reviewed visit, and for approved orders the fixed cost of the products and shipping, at the rates on your price sheet. They are taken out of the order the moment the clinician decides; your margin stays in your own payment account. Every statement lists each visit and each line.

Can I bring my own clinicians or pharmacy?

Clinicians, yes. After credential checks, a licensed clinician from your own physician group can be assigned to your organization only. Pharmacies are the licensed US pharmacies the platform is connected to.

How long does it take to go live?

Days, not months. Sign the partner agreement, choose your programs and prices, and open your payment account from your settings. We set up your organization, your sign in and your intake link, and you put the link on your website.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, with every partner. A business associate agreement is part of every partner agreement, so patient information is handled under HIPAA from the first intake.

Who owns the patient data?

Your partner agreement sets this out. Patient records are kept under HIPAA for the physician groups and pharmacies that treat the patient, with SWONKDOG handling them as a business associate. You see your own patients and nobody else's, patient information is used only to support the patient's care and orders, and it is never sold.

Can I keep my own website and checkout?

Yes. The intake goes on your site as a link or embed, and you can collect payment yourself.

What patients ask

Where are telehealth services available?

Telehealth services may be available in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable law. Clinical care is provided by licensed medical providers affiliated with independent physician groups.

Is treatment guaranteed?

No. Completing an intake or choosing a program does not guarantee treatment. Prescription medication is provided only when a licensed clinician decides it is clinically appropriate. If it is not, the patient is told why in the portal and pays nothing for medication.

Does the patient need to speak with a provider?

Every intake is reviewed by a licensed clinician. Depending on the patient's history, goals, the treatment requested and the state's rules, the clinician may ask for more information, lab work or a video visit before deciding. Some states require a live visit for a first prescription, and the intake books one.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness or quality. The clinician explains this when one is being considered, and the patient consents to it during the intake.

Can SWONKDOG be used for emergency care?

No. Neither SWONKDOG nor the brands it serves provide emergency care. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Who provides the clinical care?

Clinical care is provided by licensed providers affiliated with The Network Health, an independent physician group. Reach The Network Health at info@thenetworkhealth.com or (509) 907-4306. The provider for each visit, with their contact details, also appears in the patient's portal.

Who handles pharmacy fulfillment?

Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed, LegitScript-certified US pharmacies:

The pharmacy for each order, with its contact details, also appears on the order in the patient's portal.
