SWONKDOG provides the technology partners use to offer online visits and at-home lab testing. The physician groups, pharmacies and laboratory that treat a patient are HIPAA covered entities, and SWONKDOG handles health information on their behalf, and on behalf of the partner, as a business associate. Encryption
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Card details go to the payment processor and never touch SWONKDOG's or a partner's systems.
US hosting
Our systems are hosted in the United States.
Sign in and access
Staff sign in with a password and an authenticator app. A partner sees its own patients and nobody else's.
